My philosophy

Through my own journey—my challenges, my learnings, my doubts too—I understood that well-being is not found in perfection, but in presence.

My Vision

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years. As a mother of three, living between two languages and two cultures I love deeply, I continue to explore how to stay aligned in the midst of movement.

My interest in personal development and the spiritual path dates back to my teenage years. It is this common thread, between introspection and curiosity about the world, that has guided me towards greater clarity, confidence, and gentleness towards myself—a thread that I share today with sincerity and openness.

I like to think that well-being is, above all, a question of balance—between strength and gentleness, action and rest, engagement and letting go.
My approach is inspired by nature: the mountains that anchor me, the water that soothes me, the wind that reminds me that everything moves, everything evolves.

Through yoga, Ayurveda and deep listening, I invite everyone to slow down, to feel, to reconnect with what is alive within themselves.
Not to become “better,” but to become whole again—aligned, stable, vibrant.

Each practice, each breath, each shared moment is an opportunity to return to the essential: the body, the breath, the presence.
It is in this simplicity that lasting peace and vitality lie hidden.
